Default How does email handling exactly work ?

    All,

Let me explain the following scenario:

We have 2 users with their individual email boxes.
    User A : a@example.com
    User B : b@example.com

Now lets say a customers sends an email to both user A ánd user B (by CC-ing). What is appearing in our system if user A checks his email before user B only user A will recieve this e-mail. User B will not see this email. This is happening because the email has been assignemed automaticly to user A? Correct? Is there a way to disable this functionality?

    Many thanks!

Each user will have their own copy of the email. In the world of email when you CC or BCC or have multiple reciepiants each reciepiant is given their own copy of that email in their own email address.

    Hope this helps you understand.
