OK so I have Sugar setup and working well, and JUST landed our first "Paying Customer". I am not sure how to track "Paying Customers" ... do you have any suggestions ? For example, do people leave them in Sugar and mark them with a Status Code somewhere ? Or do you save the Won Opportunities to record & report off your "Paying" Customer Base ? Or do people remove them from Sugar & track them elsewhere (Like QuickBooks) ?
I realize that I could do all of those ... but don't want to reinvent the wheel, if there is a "Norm" that works well for Sugar users.
