How to duplicate lead layout for contacts?

Hello,

I would like to add 20 or 30 custom fields into the detailedview lead layout. After I create it in Studio, is there an easy way to have the layout duplicated in contacts and account modules?

When I work in Studio, I have a somewhat narrow area to work in that looks nothing like the final detailview. Is there a way to work in a WYSIWYG environment so you know how it is going to look?

Copy&paste your custom fields from "custom\modules\leads\metadata\detailviewdefs. php" to your
"custom\modules\Accounts\metadata\detailviewdefs.p hp" and you have a start...

Unless copy and paste all detailviewdefs.php, copy only the fields you want to add into layout.
Just select the lines containing the fields and paste to appropriate place in the Contacts layout.

Uhm...ok, thats what I meant with "your custom fields" - of course only the custom fields you added to leads and want to be in accounts too...

I promise to be more specific in the future...
