How to edit the "My Calls" dashlet

Hi there, Im looking for help on editing the "My Calls" on the Home tab. Basically, the edit options give you the option of displaying 1,2,5 or 10 calls for a given date range but I want to add an "All" option so that all calls for the range are displayed. Any thoughts on how I would do this?

Hello,

all calls are technically displayed, but you need to scroll through them if the list is long (they get paginated). To change the row display options, you can follow the instructions here. Depending on how many calls a user may have, it might not be practical to show all on the home page within the dashlets (50+ calls would be very long) if you want to do away with the pagination. If this is the case, another option you might want to consider is creating a report (using the reports module with Pro and Ent) or something like Zucker reports (if you are using CE). Yet another option is to create a data range search within the Calls search panel. Then all the results would display in the list view, which is meant to display more records than the dashlet.
