there is a problem with the commit.php file in the upgrade packages to version 6.0.x
Please check
<your package>\modules\UpgradeWizard\commit.php
You can use the commit.php of a full installation package, for example
SugarCE-6.0.1.zip\SugarCE-Full-6.0.1\modules\UpgradeWizard\commit.php (size 24551 bytes, the damaged one is only approximately 2500 bytes)
