How can I edit the area below the Account info as seen in this screenshot (highlighted in red)...

Thats a big question.

What is it you wish to do. The area Highlight are the subpanels - they are related modules in the CRM.

You can change the information that is shown for each module in the Studio > Accounts > Subpanels

well, I've changed the form layout when adding a new Contact, however if a user clicks New Contact from the subpanel they get the default form without my changes, I want it to be the same in the subpanels. This is also the case for adding a Task via the subpanel.
