How to edit user rights

How to edit user rights so they can edit or delete a project task currently it is set to none, I need to change it to enabled. I have admin rights and I Version 5.0.0e (Build 3276) Pro version.

Hi,
Go to the Admin Panel
select Role Management
Create Role -> then set the role which you want to set then Save the Role & you have to select the user to apply that role. you can also gives the role for the particular module.

I already tried that and its working .. thanks for your response though. I was trying the edit option in role and it was not working .. it works when you click on None, it gives you a drop down menu to choose from and you can select All. I guess that's where I was going wrong.
