how to find duplicate record in Target

Does anyone know how to find duplicate record in Target?? Please help, thanks!
I've also tried to import record from my database, there are lots of duplicate, can someone show me how to prevent it, many thanks!

Hi ya,
Why not try exporting the mentioned database in an excel file or open office and run a "delete duplicate" command? And then import it back again as a new target list.
