assuming you mean a target is a contact, then at the bottom of the screen when you use power prospecting the target lists do appear there - all the lists the contact is a member of are displayed so you can jump straight to the target list.

not sure if this is a 'native' sugar feature or from powerprospects though, but it sure works.
