Default How to get list of orphaned accounts?

I have a massive database in SugarCRM - and sometimes the account only exists without any contacts linked to it. I need to find a quick way only to see the accounts which DO NOT have any contacts. I tried generating an export to excel - but I cant figure out which accounts have contacts or not. I need this list so that I can followup with the accounts to get the contact peoples name.

Please try to give me a solution... Am in a dilemma about this.

    Hello,

if you are using Sugar Pro or Ent, then you can easily create a report which pulls this information.

If you are using CE, then i would suggest Zucker reports (you can create a SQL statement to pull this information) or you can also run a query directly on your database if you have access. Your other option would be to export both Contact and Account data and run a Vlookup on account id to compare and find only those accounts with no contacts, although you mention a large database, so this would be rather tedious (especially if it's something you wish to do often).
