    Unhappy how to get search result of account?

    Hi to all,
    how to getting Account module search result of my custom filed. Actually i want to show particular account to particular User.
    plz help anybody

    Just add custom field into ...modules/<YOUR-MODULE>/metadata/listviewdefs.php
    And then clear cache templates from Admin Panel
