Edition: SugarCrm Professional 4.5.1

At the moment we have integrated asterisk with SugarCrm . All the calls are going through asterisk and eventually are saved in SugarCrm database. The problem is, all incoming calls that are placed in queue they are also saved in the database as well. What I mean is that if a call is in queue for every x seconds in queue a new call record will be created for that call in database. So if a call is in queue for x seconds or so new records will be created. Please correct me if I am wrong. What I would like to do is to generate reports with all my calls without the calls that have been created when the client was in the queue. I would like to know how to identify if a call was in queue?
