How To import campaign,projects,documents

Hi,
I am using 5.2.0c.
I am migrating datas from old instance to newer one.
How to import the following modules
1.Emails
2.Campaign.
3.Projects.
4.Documents.
5.TargetList.
6.Archive Email.

Can we get these all in new instance or not.
