I am desperately trying to figure out a way to do the following. I will write EVERY step down as to fully explain the process I want to do. I'd like the easiest way possible to get this done, but don't mind doing it from my site, from Thunderbird, etc..

1) Customer sends order via email to AARON (sales rep)
2) Aaron drags this email into the orders@stealthauto.com account (through multiple IMAP accounts in Thunderbird)
3) email is them imported (automatically if possible) to Sugar. (this could be done through a plugin, or on Sugar using the Import To Sugar button.

When this occurs here is what I'd like to have happened:

The email get attached to a new CASE automatically and is assigned to the ORDER MANAGER user, so that when he logs in, this appears as a "New" case on his Home Page on Sugar.

What is the best way to do this?
