Default How to import Parent + Child Account relationships?

    Hi,

I'm trying to import Accounts using the wizard, and want to import Parent/Child relationship too for our Reseller/Client accounts.
This wiki suggests mapping the Child's account name to the Parent's 'Member Of', however 'Member Of' is not available as a field to select in the wizard.
And I can't use Parent Account ID because I don't know the IDs yet.

Any help would be much appreciated!

    Hi Joe,

In order to import these, you would need to import all the parent accounts first. Then, you can export these and pull their account IDs. Then, you could take these IDs into a second CSV to import the Child accounts. Depending on how many accounts you have, it might be easier to import all accounts and then manually populate the member of relationship
