We are first time user of any CRM. Sugar CE 6.1.4 edition.

Email - Google Business Apps

We have sent and received emails for the past 6 months to/from our clients.

1. We were able to import the emails received from clients to History Sub panel. Also we want to import the emails sent by us to clients to history sub panel of relevant client. Is it possible?

2. Sugarcrm > sent email folder > not syncing with google imap. Is it a bug or it stores the email sent via sugarcrm email client only?

Can anyone clarify these doubts?
