How to increase SugarCRM Response time ?

Hi,

Who could tell me how to improve the response time for SugarCRM ? I use version 4.2.1.b

It takes at minimum : 30 sec to load a page, for instance to select a contact or an account or a list of accounts !!!


I observe that the response time with this new version is very bad comparing with the previous one, but I am not sure that this problem is coming from SugraCRM. (?)

I am surprised to see that the MySQL analyser gives me some bad comments regarding the uses of indexes of tables and joins but I don't know how to modify that !

Does someone knows if changing the tables from MyISAM to innoDB could improve something ???? I have done some tests but without results.
