Hey all.

Hello Scorpion77,
Your question is too general. żHave you ever installed a PHP+Mysql application? Sugar is very similar:
1. Download Sugar Suite files.
2. Copy the Sugar Suite files to your web server
3. Install Sugar Suite with the Sugar Setup Wizard.
4. Log into Sugar Suite.
In this link you will find detailed information.
If you read the manual and still dont know how to install Sugar, come back to the forum with concrete questions. Im sure that Sugar Heroes in the forum will help you. IŽll do it too if I can, of course.
You can hire someone to install and configure it for you If you dont have previous experience in web applications. Im sure you can find someone in Sugar web or forums.
Kind regards!
Hey, thank you very much for the response.
Im using Cofee Cup Ftp uploader, to upload the suite files.
Question:
Upload it to where? Public_html? To instal using Sugar Wizard, do I go to Cpanel?
Ok, I got it, I went to cpanel, file manager, and begun the instalation after creating the user, added the user to the database, but when Im installing it says the user and password are wrong, but they are not. I created, lets say
user: admin
pass: 123
but it says bad pass.
:\
MySQL users and databases created through cPanel have prefixes. Your cPanel user is prefixed to each and every MySQL database/user. Thus your username and database should look like this:
MySQL user: cpaneluser_admin
MySQL database: cpaneluser_database
If this is not the problem, you can contact your host and ask for specific instructions on how to install SugarCRM on their servers.

Yes, I am doing that, but cant seem to make it work. Is there any other way to install without cpanel?
Hello,
I dont know how are you installing Sugar through Cpanel. I recommend you:
1. Copy the files to your server (you say you did it)
2. Create a database and assign it a user (you say you did it)
3. Go to your url, add /install.php and follow the steps. For example: www.yourdomain.com/sugar/install.php or www.yourdomain.com/install.php if you copied files in the root directory.
Another advice. Try to install SugarCrm in a localhost. So you can experiment with your local instance without messing your online one.
Kind regards.
