How to install sugarcrm (schema installation)

Hello , Actually I have this installation and I don't know if its the best option.
What is the recommended installation for sugarCRM ???? All into one machine or separately ?

We have this schema :

3x different machines

- Mail server : linux machine (housing)
- Apache server : linux machine (local)
-SQL Server : Windows 2008 Machine (local)

The main problem it's that Email Module run very slowly.

Any advices? Suggestions?

If you really need to install SugarCRM database in MS SQL so I suggest you to install SugarCRM in a Windows box.
You can install the Email Server in another server (Linux).
You can improve the Emails module performance by:
increase the max memory in php to 512M;
make sure you have a good CPU and installed Memory.
