Default How to log into my crm from anywhere

What a great program, i installed sugarcrm successfully and i have access to it locally on my network. I would like to be able to browse to it remotely via the web from my customers locations. I do not have a static ip and use no-ip which works great for my file sharing webserver. Is there anyway i need help accessing my sugarcrm while my webserver is running too.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

I guess you do need a static IP for that.

A method to circumvent the problem in a very ugly way is by using a remote desktop connection to your home (for which you again need a static IP - or use something logmein.com).

Again: I wouldn't prefer this, I'd prefer getting a static IP or hosting it at a professional host, which will relieve you from all these problems (you can get great hosting starting at about 25$/year).

    Good luck,

Hi kilonzom you can use dyndns o noip clients in you pc and obtain a free domain dynamic that mean you no need static ip and only need the client of any of this company and open you firewall the port 80 just only for the pc you want to expose to the internet in this case sugarcrm pc and that it now you can access from anywhere

    Hi,

You can use a web-hosting for SugarCRM.
Letrium ltd. - Only high quality service

Thanks for the responses, I have a no-ip acccount and i am running a file sharing webserver pointing to the computer that the webserver is locally the ip is 192.168.1.101 I have a second computer running sugarcrm locally on 192.168.1.102 i can view it, i have been trying to get dyndns to point to this second computer i assigned port 81 to it and just can not get it to work. It would be nice to have access to sugar wherever i am but it seems until i come up with a solution i will just use it locally on my network.

    Thanks
