I need 2 users to receive emails from the same email address but let's say I don't want to use Group Inbox.
I want emails to fall to their My Inbox in CRM right away.

I tried creating two of the same monitored inboxes. In this case the email is assigned just to one of the users ("leave messages on server" option is on for both monitored inboxes)

Another thing I tryed is creating two different IMAP folders for them and redirecting mail from the same email address to those folders. In this case I get two separate folders from which crm logically is supposed to get emails and assign to users (separate monitored inbox for each folder). The result was the same as in the first case. Only one user gets emails to his My Inbox.


How to solve this problem? How does CRM check the authenticity of particular email messages? Perahaps it is possible to add the group parameter somehow so that it would be able to download the same email twice for different users?
