Hello there

I've beek looking so hard in this forum trying to find a solution i have, i explain

I use the 4.2.1 CRM with the finnality to obtain a costumer control about my office , but I need another feature available:

- I need to create a costumer account access that not appears in "employees" list
- This account, using roles, will make the costumer see their account.
At this moment I'm doing it assigning the account to a user prevously created, but I need that the commercial o gestion user will see it to. Perhaps making asignable the 'Account" for two people... (an Idea)

I've tried the Team OS but nothing because i cannot access the CRM as only-viewable user and i see the user in employees list. (a jam)

What can I do?
