We are using:
Sugar Community Edition
Version 6.0.0 (Build 3905)

Is there a way to make emails that are dealt with (assigned/replied to/pulled into the My Email folder) editable, so if you need to add anything (like a follow-up response) to it? It seems like Archived emails only have this option.
