Someboby can discribe how to create and managel a telesales campaign, using views status and manage leads and contacts states.

Exemple: I run a campaign and in the final of this campaign i need to know who change the type (prospect, lead, contact, etc).

you have to assign the campaign to your team members which creating it....
so in that way u can have a sneak at what their progress is...
