Default How to Migrate from MSSQL to MySQL (Drop Downs)

We would like to move over from MSSQL to MySQL. I have successfully been able to move all tables into the MySQL database and it comes up fine without issues. One thing that does not carry forth are our custom drop down's that we have defined in the system. How do we move these over, and where are they stored?

    Thanks

Custom Drop Downs aren't stored in the database but in the 'custom\include\language\en_us.lang.php' file.
(Please don't mix up the Custom Drop Downs with the Custom Fields)
