How obtain custom code

Hi,

I'm wondering if there is a way to obtain any custom code that has been written and deployed for our hosted SugarCRm instance. I know how to view the customizations that have been done to modules and to see the new modules that have been created, via the Admin section. However, what about any custom code that has been written? We have a situation where our SugarCRM is hosted and we do not have access to the back end server. We had a company build some customizations for us and deploy them. We're not happy with what they've written, but the relationship has deteriorated such that we probably cannot get the custom code from them.

Some information you can get via admin->Diagnostic Tool, some other from admin->Studio->Export Customizations.
But ... I'm not sure if you really get every change through this ... especially code changes in the standard Sugar code (non-upgrade safe changes).
The best way will be to get the whole sugar path zipped plus database export from your backend server's provider. Then you can be sure you have everything. You could then compare your installation with a fresh Sugar installation (of same version).
