How to overcome the suppressed emailids through campaigns

Hello,
I am using sugarcrm5.5.1. I am able to create campaigns and send them out.When I tried to send out for first time they were sent out successfully, when trying to send the same campaign for the 2nd time they are being supressed. I have commented the code for the duplicate id in emailman.php.I have created the new campaign and able to send the campaigns n number times and the ids are also receiving the emails. But When I try to send the first campaign I am not able to send campaigns to old email ids as they are being supressed. How do I over come the suppressed email ids inorder that I shall be able to send emails to the first campaign emailids too.
I could find some clue with respect to the same. In the emailman.php we have the script related to the suppressed emails,i.e one trying to send emails more than once for the same emailid if we comment those then we are able to send the emails successfully. Prior to comment of the code I would like the suppressed emailids to be Working as before.ie. I shall have an option to send emails to suppressed emailids too. In the same file if we have code which when suppressed by emailid or domains they status of field "activity_type" changes in to "blocked" in the table campaign_log. Is there a solution where in I can be able to send emails for the suppressed emailids.Please do give your valuable suggesstions in order to over come this.
