How to put all my contacts into a campaing target list?

I have 1800 contacts imported into SugarCRM. I would like to put all of them into a Target List for a postcard mailing.
It seems the only way I can do this is to select them one pageful of 20 at a time.
How can I query out all the contacts in the system and add them to a target list?

One approach would be to use the power prospecting module(do forums search for it) and than increase the listview number in the admin->system settings area.
