Sorry, not enough info there to help, what are 'works'? when would they be due? The due date thing might have to be custom coded.

    Hi Kbrill,

I develop my question: We are an engineering office and ours "works" are diferents types of documents, reports, etc. So we need to file each work (description and the real item attached as a pdf or doc document) to every customer/contact. And since almost every work has got an expiration date, we need to add this date to each work.

So, its sums up to relate customers/contacts with some diferent type of works with the attached document and with a date of alarm when it reaches the expiretion time.

We know there is a module builder to do some customizing, but we aren't familiar with that.
Any help will be really wellcome.
    Thank you.

You should be able to just go into Studio (on the Admin menu) and add a relationship between your module and documents from there. The same functionality is in the modulebuilder so you could do it from there too. As for the dates I am afraid that would have to be added as custom code by someone who can program in PHP.
