How to remove side create from opportunities

Any ideas how to remove the opportunities side quick create from the opportunities list view.

The easiest way is:
1. remove the file modules/Opportunities/Forms.php
2. remove the file modules/Opportunities/metadata/sidecreateviewdefs.php
