How to Remove Sugar News Portal In Admin Home

Hi Everyone!
When i click at admin then at home page at the top but below at Administration: Home a portal display.which have Sugar news etc.
i want to remove that portal.
please help me that how can i remove that.

Comment out the below line in modules/Administration/index.php

$sugar_smarty->assign('MY_FRAME',"<iframe class='teamNoticeBox' src=http://apps.sugarcrm.com/dashlet/5.2.0/sugarcrm-admin-news-dashlet.html?lang=".$current_language." width='100%' height='315px'></iframe>");

You can find this line in the tail of the file.

If i remove some text from footer that is removed but when i log out then at log in page created double footer text. and when i log in then a massage came that

then created a new footer.
how this can solved.
how i can remove all text except Powered by Sugar image.
