How to remove targets

Hello,

I would like to delete all my targets from the database and start again, as when I imported these, it seems to have multiplied it by a factor of 4.

So I imported about 19,000 names, but when I view the select list, I have about 46,000 to select from.

Can I remove these?

I also need to remove targets, as I have imported about 18k of targets, then realized that duplicate sorting will not be able to accomplish what I wanted. I removed these targets from target lists, but they are still in the system, and I don't see a way to delete them other than one by one?
