Default How to reset opt-out list

    Hi there,

I created a campaign internally for users only. Some of these users opted out for this campaign, but didn't want to. How can I disable this? All the messages I send now are suppressed by domain or email.

    Help is appreciated!

    OS: Windows 2003 Server R2
    Sugar: Version 5.5.2 Pro
    Webserver: apache 2.0.59
    PHP: Version 5.2.5
    Mysql: version 5.0.45

    Anybody an idea about this?

Maybe a table in the database that stores this?

    Thanks!

    Hello,
Having checked with various sources regarding your question, I believe that there is no way to ignore opt-out requests from internal users for email campaigns. I'll discuss the possibility of adding this feature with Product Management.

    Hello Sujata,

Thanks for your reply. I have opened a case for this problem under number 57015. Maybe you know that one as well. I added some interesting notes there, but now for the second time there seems not to be any response. I already created a new case because I did not get any reply, which gave me one reply back. But now again it is quiet.

Maybe it is good to take a look at that information I sent there.

    Thanks!
