    how to restore the sugarCRM backup???
    my current configuration are:

    Sugar Version ( 4.5.fd)
    Sugar Edition (SugarSuite)
    Category (restore the backup data)
    Operating System (Fedora Core 6)
    PHP Version (phpMyAdmin - 2.8.2.2)
    Database (MySQL - 4.1.20)
    Web Server (Apache)


    I did the backup from admin panel... how can I restore it??? i didn't find the area of for restoring.. let me know
