How to restrict the user access to the group e-mail ?

Hello,

Is there any possibility to create a user with no acces to groupbox (e-mail) ? I would like to have just one (secretaty) user to view the global mailbox (info@companyname.com) and to distribute each message to the proper user. Each user (secretary too) has his own mailbox, so I don't want to assign this address as her own private e-mail. Rest of the users shouldn't see the e-mail in group box at all.

I believe you'll need to use the Pro or Enterprise version (paid for editions) in order to do this. You'd need to leverage the Teams functionality to restrict access. There is a Teams module you can download and install for the Open Source version, but I am not sure it is able to do this. It is worth checking out though.
