how to save custom data

i am new in sugarcrm
i have installed a new module in sugarcrm ,and i add a custom field through studio.now when i insert any record in this module except custom field other data saved.how can i save custom data.

please help

Hello,

Its caching issue..

either you need to upload the module files under cache folder in your local machine to the server or you need to update the module custom fields cache thru admin panel in sugar.
