I have a nagging problem that I can't seem to solve.
We're using SugaarCRM community 5.1 on Linux/Apache
We're using the email module with IMAP emal accounts for different people.
Any email sent from within SugarCRM is not saved in the Sent Items folder on the IMAP server. It is only saved in the Sent Emails folder within sugar, which means that we can not access our emails sent from within Sugar in our regular email clients like outlook.
I have selected the "Sent Items" IMAP folder within email settings but it still doesn't use this folder. It seems like there's a global setting somewhere that's preventing SugarCRM to save outgoing messages to the IMAP server.
Any help would be appreciated.
