Default How to schedule automatic overwrite of data

I have a demo environment for potential customers to try out Sugar but would like to set up a process to automatically replace the database every night (customers can play and upset the data). Does anyone know of a process to do this. SugarCRM Inc seems to have a system to do this.

If its CRON then what would be the syntax and how should the 'clean' data be backed up and made ready??

    Thanks in advance.
