How to schedule repeated tasks?

Running v. 4.2.1

I would like to know if there's any way to schedule a task to be repeated every so often. Such as a weekly or monthly follow-up on contacts. Any help is much appreciated, thanks in advance.

Unfortunately, I must inform you that there is no way to do this in SugarCRM 4.2.1. We have this in our system as a feature request.
