How to set default team?

How do I set a default team for a user? I can see the private default team exists example (jdoe) Private team for Jane Doe. However when the user, Jane Doe, enters a record the team field is blank. How do I set the user so it has a default team?

If you are running SugarCRM PRO or ENT you can define the defaul team in the Users EditView setting some value for the field "Default team".

Go to "My Accont" in the Top of the page.
It will display the DetailView of your User.
Click on Edit Button and define your default team.

Yes, I have been looking in the edit view for User but I don't see where on that page is the Team setting. Is it towards the top or bottom of the page?

From what I have read it's a drop-down box but I don't see it on the page for the life of me. I have admin rights as well.

Usually the Defaul team is at the left side of the page, between "Show gridlines" and "Display reminder?"

It's not there. The two fields are next to each other without anything in between.

Any ideas?
