I've tired of dealing with permission issues for installations, customization and adding products at different hosts. I've set-up a new dedicated Ubuntu server that currently only has a root user.

What is the ideal way to set-up this box for SugarCRM 5.2k?

This could end up being a small project for someone with some admin experience. I want to have the ideal Users (Apache, Root, Sugar etc) and permissions set-up so I can dependably mimic the set-up in the future without permissions or security errors.
