Its been a week I have been looking for this answer.But all in vain.Please help me.

When I send email campaign the optout link I recieve points me to http://www.mywebsite.com/SugarCRM/in...96588170ab5.It doesnot exist.On the page I get " NO INPUT FILE SPECIFIED".

If I choose not to use tracker at all ,then also I get the same link.

How to set up optout link ?Is there any file issue or coding issue?If anyone coould help me on this issue,I will really appreciate that.
