Here is my use case:
I have two incoming e-mails that have "Create Case from Email: Yes" option, how can I split them into different case types or smth like this to differ them in Case tab.

I believe the best approach is to create a logic_hook before_save on Cases.
Once the subject of Email become the subject of Case and body of Email become description of Case so you can parse either subject of description in order to decide whether status is the correct one.
