First question is why do you want to stop it?

Seconf question is what operating system the process is running on ... you can stop the browser ... but the process may continue ... so you may have to kill the process ... it's not writing to any core production files so you should be able to do this safely

Either Linux or Windows kill process will do.

I want stop it because it adding to pages a lot of system info also it is brakes pages layout. Operation system is Linux (shared hosting).
I mean how i can switch off feature which displays system/server response information everywhere (in all sections and tabs), like this (it starts after i performed diagnostic tool) :

    /home/httpd/vhosts/mydomain.tld/httpdocs/cache/smarty/templates_c/%%7F^7F5^7F52877A%%EditView.tpl.php[L:20](:StackTraceErrorHandler)

i have just discovered that when i switch "Display stack trace of errors: " check box off, it returns to normal view and layout. Probably developers should add this Reminder to administration guide for newbie users.
