how to stop reading emails of others?

hi,
is it possible in sugarcrm 4.2.1 to change the following:
every user (no admin) that is logged in can read the emails of other users ...
i have searched for that in the forum but could not find a post to it.
please excuse me if this is a stupid question.

Go to the Admin panel. Look for "Roles Management." Open this page.

You need to create one or more roles for your users. The role can (and should) be set so that users can View, List, Edit, etc. their "OWN" emails. You will see that all other modules have a similar ability to be set. You can have multiple roles for different classes of users: General users, Managers, Executives, etc. Add each user to the appropriate "ROLE" for them.

This will solve the problem you describe above.
