Are you using IMAP or POP?

Inas, here is the way that we have satisfied this request for a few of our customers. You need to be running Riva or Riva Live for the solution to work:
1. Create a rule in Outlook that automatically copies sent items to your "Riva Create Email" folder.
2. Riva will then automatically and transparently archive your sent emails to your Sugar accounts and contacts.
This video demonstrates how the "Riva Create Email" works when you manually wish to archive emails to Sugar. By adding the rule in Outlook, you can automate this process for all Sent Items.
