    Default How to track User Utilization of the day interms of time spending to thier work

    Dear All..
    I'm using SugarCRM for telecalling & Sales activity of my company.Hence I want to track user's(Telecaller) utilization of the day. It's like to track the performance of the day interms of time spending for the calls / day(For Telecaller).
    My Requirement:
    Want to track the list of call logs and the details time spent for the call for the particular user in their working time of the day

    Looking forward for our community members comments.....

    Use a tool like our KINAMUreporter to analyse the utilization. Easy done.

    If you also want to automatically track times (e.g. when a call opens and when it closes) write some enhanceme nts to track these events and add up with the call record when it saves. Analyze that data. Also not very difficult. The round trip logic hook is a good thing to do that. We used it mainlly for detailed performance tracking in high data volume and user load environments (speaking of hundreds to thousands users and multiple App Servers).
