Hello I'm using Xampp instalation Apache 2.2.9, MySQL 5.0.51b, PHP 5.2.6 and SugarCRM Version 4.5.1i

I have one question: In my customized Task - i have a field Contact - that is a pop-up menu from which i selected the saved Contact names. And when I'm selected the person when I'm saved the task and assigned to the other person - i see in the layout the Name, Number and E-mail of the vCard. I have added my fields: name, number and e-mail and if it is possible to transfer the Layout fields to my added fields with this names and when I'm saved the info from vCard to saving in my Task fields. I'm wanted to use SugarCRM with Call Centre and when the phone is ringing i wanted to the income phonenumber to add in the field Telephone but the second situation is when the client is coming directly in the office and not ringing and when i'm added to the contact - second time to add fields - to name,e-mail, phone and other?

What source to add in my fields and what to configure?
