How to uninstall sugarCRM4.2.*?

I installed sugar-4.2.*, but now i have to update it to 4.5.0. But as you know my server can not connect to internet, so i have to uninstall 4.2 and re-install 4.5.

Here comes the problem: how should i do to uninstall 4.2?

I have a possible way to do that: uninstall apache server and mysql, and then delete the sugar directory.
But, on unix server, it seems hard for me to uninstall apache and mysql.

So, pls could someone tell me How to uninstall sugar-4.2 in a simply way?
Or would you pls tell me how to uninstall apache and mysql in a unix server?

Can you download the update and then bring in the file to the protected network? you can then upload the update from inside the network and install it that way from the Admin pannel.
