How to update all email templates when document updated

Hi,

I noticed that when I update a document in the Documents section, the attachments for the email templates that use this document does not update. Is tere a way to do this other than doing each template one at a time?

Right now I do this:

• Update the document in Sugar Documents
• Select a template
• Remove attachment for document
• Save
• Edit template again
• Add new revision of document

As you can see, that can be pretty long and it is easy to forget a template.

Is there a faster, less error-prone way of doing this? (I noticed I don't have to edit and save twice).
